Important information

When joining Policy from Tswelopele, copy of ID, Birth Certificate, Passport or Church Certificate are required.

Waiting period VIP 1 & 2 -6 months, VIP 3 & 4 -9 months, Suicide - 24 months
Payments must be up to date
Only two policies can be registered on a person, not exceeding a cover amount of R50 000,00. When the application is processed, and the system picks up cover exceeding the maximum allowed amount the client will be informed to replace the member
Premiums are due monthly as set out in the application form

IDENTIFICATION

All joining forms / contract must be signed / left fingerprint by Main Member (client) & Tswelopele Representative. Attach a copy of your ID/Birth Certificate. Please copy and send it to Head Office within 7 days of joining.
